Terms of Service
Last updated: July 13, 2026
Acceptance
By creating an account or otherwise using Sláinte, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
What Sláinte is
Sláinte is a bid-estimation tool for stucco, plaster, and lath contractors in the Bay Area. It compares your bid history against actual job costs and ranks the cost drivers that most affect your accuracy, by city.
Sláinte's output is informational and advisory only. It does not guarantee any bid outcome, job cost, or margin. You remain solely responsible for the prices you quote, the bids you submit, and every business decision you make using the tool.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service — no attempts to disrupt it, scrape it beyond normal use, or use it to violate any law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.
Fees
Full product access is provided under individual arrangements with onboarded contractors. Where fees apply, they're agreed separately and aren't set by this page.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Sláinte is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits or lost bids — arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using Sláinte at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or misuse of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
